Hoi zäme! Don’t you ever get that feeling that you just want to unwind and relax? I get that all the time but since I can’t have that every day, I look forward to that one day in the week when I can make it all come true, my “Self-care Sunday”. In this video, I will be sharing with you my Self-Care Routine for Spring 2020 which includes a list of my 8 healthy habits to improve myself both physically and mentally one week at a time.
It can be easy to fall into the day’s and week’s woes especially in this time of community quarantine and lockdown and it can be difficult for some to give oneself a break. I like to work with schedules because I tell myself when I can do what and that the time allotted to do it is sufficient therefore there can be no excuse. Apart from my motivation to workout, everything else is planned accordingly so that I don’t need to stress about falling behind on my tasks/duties/responsibilities.

My 8 Healthy Habits
- Drink tea
- Get some fresh air and peace
- Do something that takes your mind away from daily worries (I like to watch chick flicks and browse inspiring pins on Pinterest)
- Treat yourself to a bath

- At-home hair treatment
- Complete bodycare routine
- Plan ahead
